Agreements

- The group members agree to maintain confidentiality. If a member thinks they may know the client who is being consulted about, the consultation member agrees to let the group know that they need to leave consultation until that part is over.
- The group members agree to maintain a strengths based approach which is rooted in social justice.
- Each group member will maintain openness to feedback and openness to alternative perspectives.
- At the beginning of each meeting, if a member has a case to consult on, they should speak up.
- Swearing and expletives are okay unless determined otherwise during check in.
- Group members agree that the person who is consulting is the expert on that particular client. Group members agree not to “bulldoze” others and be curious.
- Group members can go to either Monday or Friday consultation.
- If possible, please keep screens on to build rapport and so everyone can obtain feedback.

Malinda King, [email protected], (she/her), LPCC, WildTree Psychotherapy (Grand Ave. in St. Paul). I am trained in EMDR, AIR network, and EFT. I have an attachment and trauma informed lens. I work with adults experiencing complex trauma, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, low self esteem, and relational issues such as codependency. I am also an approved Postpartum Support Minnesota (PPSM) provider although my focus on this has become minimal.

Brenda Quinn, [email protected], (she/her), LMFT, Quintessential Therapies (South Minneapolis). I have been doing individual, couples, and adolescents work. I enjoy working with high acuity teens. My experience has been largely in the area of crisis work, risk assessment, and stabilization. My approach is experiential and attachment based. I have been trained in EMDR but have not used it with clients as my work has primarily been in crisis capacities.
